By accessing or using PortfolioForge AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.

PortfolioForge AI provides a web-based portfolio creation platform that allows users to build, customize, and publish personal portfolio websites. The Service includes AI content generation tools, design templates, and hosting of published portfolios.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One person may not maintain more than one free account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or overload the Service.
• Resell or commercially exploit the Service without written permission.
• Impersonate another person or organization.

You retain ownership of all content you create and publish through the Service. By publishing a portfolio, you grant PortfolioForge AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

You are solely responsible for all content you publish. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

The Service uses third-party AI models (OpenAI) to generate text suggestions. You review and are responsible for all AI-generated content before publishing it. AI-generated content is provided "as is" with no guarantee of accuracy or originality.

The Service, its templates, branding, and software are owned by PortfolioForge AI and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our proprietary assets without express written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your published portfolios will be taken offline.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PORTFOLIOFORGE AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
